Hotel 138 @ Bestari Shah Alam, Shah Alam

I had quite the experience at this hotel. The location was a bit tricky since it was far from anything interesting, but surprisingly close to Help International School, which made it convenient for my needs. My family room had serious cleanliness issues; there were cockroaches and used towels left behind. On a positive note, the staff was absolutely fantastic and always willing to help. However, the overall experience fell short due to the state of the room.

I recently stayed at this hotel and found it to be quite nice overall. The rooms were clean and had comfortable beds, which made for a good night’s sleep. However, I did notice a used towel left in the bathroom, which was a bit concerning. The location was great, with plenty of restaurants nearby, making dining options very convenient. On the downside, the service wasn’t the most impressive, as I had some trouble with one of the managers. Overall, I felt it offered decent value for the price.
